Registration

PAC accepts online registrations only, Registration is not complete until payment is made. When you receive an email confirmation that payment has been received you will know your child's registration is complete.

 

• Teams at each grade level are filled on a first come, first served basis.  If all of the roster spots on one team fill, PAC will continue to accept players on a wait list.  If enough players sign up that an additional team can be created, players will be automatically moved from the wait list to a team.  If there are not enough players to fill an additional team by the completion of registration, PAC will refund all players on the wait list.

 

• PAC offers a "pay for two, get the next child free" discount for each sport season (Fall, Winter, Spring).  You must register all of your children on one transaction for the discount to apply.  

 

• Athletes not attending parochial school must be enrolled in PSR in order to participate in PAC sports

 

• Each athlete must have a current physical on file with PAC prior to the start of practice.  If your child has had a checkup with their pediatrician in the last year, doctors will typically fill out the form without a second appointment.  Sports Physical - Preparticipation Forms are available under the Parents tab. 

 

• By registering your child for a PAC sport you are agreeing to the terms in the PAC Athlete Agreement

 

• If you are a member of a parish other than St. Brendan, St.Clarence and St. Richard, please review CYO's Eligibility policies at the CYO Eligibility Center.

 

• If St. Brendan is the closest parish to your home offering CYO sports and your child wants to participate on a PAC team, please complete the ERF Form and have it signed by your pastor prior to registering your child here.
